Process and role analysis
I map who does which job and what data they need to touch. The permission model comes out of that.
Operations · Service
If your team spends hours a day copying data around in spreadsheets and nobody knows who changed what, the problem isn't discipline — it's the tool. A dashboard built around how your business actually works ends that.
What you get
The list below isn't a marketing promise, it's the delivery list. It goes in the contract too.
One reliable source of data replacing the spreadsheet sprawl
Role-based permissions: everyone sees only the data they're cleared for
An audit log showing who changed what, and when
A live view of operations you can check without waiting for a report
Scope
At every step I share plainly what has been completed and what comes next.
I map who does which job and what data they need to touch. The permission model comes out of that.
I bring scattered tables into a coherent schema and prepare a migration plan for your existing data.
I design and build the filter, search, bulk-action and export flows that make a dense table readable.
I set up role-based access, session management and audit logging. Admin panels are the surface that leaks the most data; I treat them accordingly.
I surface the metrics you track live in the panel, and set up scheduled report delivery where it's needed.
Deliverables
On a one-off project, the source code, design files and accounts are yours once it's complete, and you're under no obligation to keep working with me. If you continue with a monthly arrangement, the working copy stays with me so the code stays current, and you receive it in its latest state when the arrangement ends.
Frequently asked
I moved the most common proposal-stage questions here; neither of us enjoys email ping-pong.
Yes, I do this often. I review the existing schema and, if needed, build a layer on top without touching it. If the schema is seriously problematic, we discuss that and the cost of migrating first.
The panel is built to carry dozens of concurrent users comfortably. Tell me your expected user count during discovery and I'll size the infrastructure for it.
For a quick internal tool, Retool-style solutions are reasonable and I'll say so. A custom panel becomes the right call when it will be exposed to customers, when it needs to be branded, or when licence cost scales out of control with user count.
The panel is readable and usable for basic operations on mobile. But heavy data entry is designed for desktop; if your field team needs a mobile-first flow, we scope that separately.
