Data collection and consolidation
I pull data from sources like GA4, Search Console, your e-commerce panel, a database or spreadsheets, and consolidate the mess into one consistent structure.
Report and brief generation
I turn raw data into a plain summary you can act on: we decide together which metric goes to whom and how often, and I build to that.
Bot and mobile notification channel
I build a bot on Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack or email that sends the daily brief and returns live figures when you ask, so you can pull analysis from your phone.
Scheduling and monitoring
I schedule the automation to run at the times you choose, and set up monitoring so that if a step fails, I know before you notice.

On a one-off project, the source code, design files and accounts are yours once it's complete, and you're under no obligation to keep working with me. If you continue with a monthly arrangement, the working copy stays with me so the code stays current, and you receive it in its latest state when the arrangement ends.

Our data is scattered across different places — can it still be automated?
Usually yes. As long as the data sits in a panel, a spreadsheet, a database or a service API, it can be pulled. If a source offers neither an API nor an export, I identify that before development starts and we discuss the alternative.
What exactly does the bot do?
Without you doing anything, it sends a brief to your phone at the time you choose every day: yesterday's sales, incoming enquiries, site traffic and so on. It can also be built to answer on demand ('how many orders today?'). We define the scope around what you need.
Can you build a WhatsApp bot?
Yes, but the official WhatsApp Business API requires an approval process and a per-message fee. Telegram and Slack are faster and free in that respect; we decide which suits you during discovery.
How will I know if the automation stops working?
When a step fails it doesn't pass silently; a notification goes to you (and to me, if there's a maintenance agreement). An automation that breaks quietly is more dangerous than none at all, and I build accordingly.
Couldn't I do this myself with Zapier or Make?
For simple connections you can, and if that's the right answer I'll say so. Custom development becomes worthwhile when your business logic doesn't fit prebuilt blocks, when volume makes those tools expensive, or when you need your data to stay inside your own systems.
